One of the great things about being a geologist is that you get to travel to amazing places all over the world. Some of the places that I have traveled for international science conferences or workshops include: Florence, Italy; Kagoshima, Japan; Hamburg, Germany; Dunedin, New Zealand; Big Island of Hawai’i; Guatemala, Argentina, and Chile.
